Cover Versions is an exhibition in which illustrators, graphic designers, artists and even a couple of doodlers have designed an alternative cover for their favourite books. I chose to illustrate the first of Robert Jordan’s Wheel of Time series, which are normally illustratated in a more traditionally fantasy style. There are at least 35 artists involved and the designs will be printed and displayed as actual dust-jackets on real books in the Library throughout the festival.

WORDfest is Crawley’s first ever festival dedicated to celebrating words and writing in its many forms. It runs from the 2nd – 9th April 2011. More info can be found at wordfestcrawley.org
