Facebook is making you feel bad about yourself. Why wouldn’t it? Your life pales in comparison to those of your family, friends and casual acquaintances from high school. Research out of the University of Houston says repeated reminders from your Facebook news feed that everyone else is doing awesome can cause depression. Perhaps you read about this phenomenon on Facebook or in The Boston Globe where this illustration appeared over the weekend.
