Hello! My name is Aja (pronounced Asia) and I'm glad you're here! I specialize in animal illustration and do work in picture books, editorial, licensing, and character design for animation. In addition to illustration, I have also worked as an adjunct lecturer and in-house graphic designer.

I earned a BA degree from Humboldt State University in 2008 in Art Studio and am currently an MFA candidate at the University of Hartford's Illustration program, under the direction of Murray Tinkelman, graduating in July 2012.
