New work for Stanford Lawyer’s fall issue. This appears with a feature on the Gould Negotiation and Mediation Program and the Alternative Dispute Resolution curriculum. These classes are a laboratory for students to test their ethical judgement and experience dispute resolution up close. They seem to be fairly popular, too, as nearly three-quarters of law students take at least one of classes offered.
