Scarecrows and Pumpkins
Posted 2 years ago and submitted by Kathy Jurek | Share link:

Scarecrows, pumpkins, black cats, and owls are images I used to illustrate Halloween this year as a personal project. Inspired loosely by a pumpkin display I saw outside a local grocery store last year, I played around with different scarecrow poses and added other characters and objects to invent different stories. This was a very enjoyable project as I love painting pumpkins and cute Halloween illustrations. And I also have two black cats so I included them in some of my paintings, too. Happy Halloween!

Kathy is an exceptionally talented artist with a gift for illustrating, especially figurative images. She is easy to work with, always on time and refines her work until we are happy. We are fortunate to work with Kathy and highly recommend her.
