About Gabriela Larios.
Salvadorean illustrator and textile surface designer based in London.
Gabriela creates designs for licensing and collaborates with international companies such as children's books publishers, fabric, wallpaper, home, furniture, stationery and accessories companies.
Her prints and illustrative painterly patterns are inspired by colourful, imaginary and charming subjects inspired by her story telling background, nature, animals of the sea and birds, which are a recurrent theme on her designs.
Her work has featured on international publications by Rotovision, Laurence King Publishers, Pie Books, Thames & Hudson, Rockport Publishers, Uppercase Magazine, Texitura and sites like Print & Pattern, True Up, Pattern Observer, amongst others.
