Customer Journey for Thalys

Recently, I finished this customer journey for Havas Media and Thalys.
I was asked to give it an optimistic, slightly cartoonish look. It shows the amount of time it takes customers to plan and finally book a trip, choosing options and sources influencing those choices as well as the general feeling people get in each phase of the journey; from optimistic and full of fantasy when first thinking of a city trip, to a little bit tense when planning it, to finally feeling proud of accomplishing the booking and going there by train.
