Inktober 2016

I took part in Jake Parker’s Inktober for the first time in 2015 and the results were a bit all over the place with style and subject matter. I wasn’t going to take up the challenge this year, but I recently bought a new fountain pen along with some very nice Diamine inks and the temptation became too great. So, this year I decided to only use the TWSBI Eco extra fine fountain pen for all 31 drawings with the Diamine inks – starting with the Imperial Purple. If the pen runs dry, I might refill with Teal, if the mood takes me.
I also intend keeping the style of the drawings akin to what’s going on with my portfolio. Six days and and it’s going OK and it’s not taking too much of a bite out of my day.
