Christmas Storybook Commission
Posted 5 years ago and submitted by Darren Gate | Share link:

I was recently asked to work on a private commission for a short Christmas Storybook. The story follows a bright fluffy little Corgi in Cornwall, who goes searching for the perfect Christmas tree to bring home. In his pursuit of the tree he meets quite a few Corgis, makes a slight mess of the house, and sees Santa! Not bad for one night.

Maximilian Hoppe was a great client to work with and I hope we get to work together again in the near future.

Darren is an enthusiastic, committed illustrator who is a pleasure to work with. He listened closely to our brief and feedback, he was a good communicator and he created some great artwork for us. We'd be very happy to work with him again!
