Hazy Like a Fox Beer Label Design for New Realm Brewing

With a wave of new work, I’ve found myself doing another beer label, this time for New Realm Brewing Company in Atlanta, Georgia. The idea process was simple, the staff at New Realm wanted to really have me flex my creative muscles and do something really unique and striking. I decided to go with a fur-covered can, something that I hadn’t seen before. After the initial texture was created we started doing some research and found that foxes actually laugh! What luck! So after a couple of sketches and comps, we found ourselves with our trio on the front. The can printed very well with the brown, orange and black tones able to stay separated, and the beer was dang good too.

Here is a little blurb about the beer from New Realm from their release event page:

Hazy Like a Fox is our first #NEIPA and is brewed with a blend of pale malt, oats, wheat, flaked barley and lactose. It pours a pale gold with an opaque haze. Pineapple and tangerine hop aromatics dance together in the nose while its taste is very soft with a juicy orange finish. We’re only releasing around two dozen cases of Hazy Like a Fox in our taproom. $14.99/pack with a limit of two 4pks per person. See you Saturday at 11am!

Marc is an extremely talented artist. After just one brief meeting to discuss what I was looking for he was able to get to work right away and deliver on-point and on-brand artwork. He pays attention to detail which is very important when working on deadline. While he was working he even sent over a rough draft so we could talk about the direction the work was headed in order to make sure we would be happy with the final pieces.Everyone who saw, and has seen, the work he did for us has complemented it and raved about it. We can't wait to continue working with Marc in the future!
