I created an editorial illustration for Entrepreneur.com for an article about unique networking events for entrepreneurs. The companies running these events want to give people a different take on networking. All of them hold their events at least partly outdoors – some even include hiking or other outdoor activities as part of their core conference events. Others prohibit the use of business cards or pair participants with each other for unique team-building activities. I wanted to highlight what all of these companies are focusing on: real human connections.
