I’m very excited about this oil painted album cover illustration I created a short while back for Willis (Winged Few). Willis is a hip-hop artist based out of Southern California, his album is titled “Falcon Child, Vol.1” and is available on all the music platforms. He requested a surreal image of a baby falcon hatching from a light bulb in a dark wilderness, with vultures swarming overhead. I wanted to go with a somewhat fantasy style with this one, but got to keep within the general look of my retro-inspired painting style.
