Last summer I was delighted to be commissioned to create six enormous illustrations for a brand new museum in Eastbourne town centre. The theme of the exhibition is the story of Eastbourne and covers 150,000 years of Eastbourne’s history through the stories of six of the town’s inhabitants (Victorian footballers, a Royalist supporter with a pie, a 20th century magician and more!). It was an amazing project for me as I love history and telling stories through my work.
The Story of Eastbourne is open Tuesday to Sunday in central Eastbourne (Victoria Mansions, Terminus Road, BN21 3DE) and is free to visit. You can spot my work all over the museum, plus on some of the merchandise too!
