Uber-Predators for The Ringer

I had the pleasure of working with my old friends at The Ringer for a story about the ride-hailing apps Uber and Lyft.

It’s become increasingly obvious that the predatory behavior of the two major ride-hailing companies is a feature, not a bug. Their unwillingness to meaningfully address things like customer harassment and worker exploitation is a major vulnerability. Unfortunately, doing nothing is probably their only path to viability. Lyft and Uber recently went public, will investors care?
