A few weeks ago, I got to draw a Brooklyn Brownstone. Last week, I got to head northeast and try my hand at the Boston’s Triple Decker. The excuse for drawing regional architecture this time was a story in the Boston Globe’s real estate section about housing discrimination. It turns out the widely-outlawed practice is perfectly legal – provided the targets are college students.
