When Two Heads Are Better Than One

I was asked to create the front cover and article illustration for Bulletin Magazine (the UK’s leading speech & language therapists’ magazine). The article I was asked to illustrate was titled ‘When two heads are better than one’, in terms of working with a patient. My design shows two therapists working in different settings with the same client, a little boy, who is getting help both at school and at home with the two different heads (and their offices communicating with each other) tying the whole design together.

Vicky is friendly and creative, and her style is bright, fun and very eye-catching. Working in stages from rough concept to finished art, she was open to feedback and willing to accommodate amends and a couple of extras along the way. It was an absolute pleasure working with her and hope I get the opportunity again in the near future.
