Ninja Turtle flashbacks!

Back in the distant haze of 1990, my Dad took me to see the first Ninja Turtles movies. Y’know, the one where you could see the actor’s eyes peeking through the open mouths of the turtle suits! The stuff of nightmares. But as a die hard fan of the cartoon, I declared it the greatest film ever created. And I stand by that!

In September this year I was asked to create the front cover for the latest Ninja Turtles comic, produced by IDW. I had a great time working on it, and I’ve finally been given the OK from Nickelodeon and IDW to put it up online. So here it is!

That ’90s kid who drove his Dad crazy cheering for Raphael (he was cool, but rude) would be pretty blown away to know that one day he’d do something that would become part of the official Ninja Turtles story!

"I CAN NOT WAIT for you to see the cover illustration (Alex did) for the next Jackson Speed novel. It is glorious. When my youngest son saw the first draft of the cover, he said, “You’re going to have to write a better book to go with that cover.”
