Back gain with another project from River Dog Brewing Company. This time we are looking into the Sour realm, the realm that continues to surprise me with its popularity in beer. Our main focus was the peach. Over 200 lbs of peaches go into this batch of beer and we want the customer to know that when they sip that tangy orange liquid.
