Las Chicas del Cable (final season) personal poster illustration

I drew this image inspired watching the end season of “Las Chicas del Cable”, the first Netflix production in Spain. The show is about a bunch of very independent women in Madrid in the 1920s that meet at work in the first telephone company in Spain’s history. In this final season they all reunite in Madrid right at the start of the Civil War, with Franco gaining territory day by day against the Republican government. They need to save Sofía (their dead friend Angele’s daughter), who has enrolled with the army to defend the “República”.

"I inquired with Eve to see if she could create an illustration to help brand my social media outlets/YouTube channel. She lives in Spain and I, in California (9 hour time difference) and Eve was so on top of communication as if there wasn’t a time difference! She is so unbelievably sweet and answered every question I had. Once we figured out the plan she drew it in one day! I HIGHLY recommend anyone that is looking for commission art, Eve will not disappoint! I know for a fact I will be a returning customer and can’t wait to see what comes next! Thank you soooo much!!" , on my Etsy shop.
