Entertainment Under Social Distancing

I’ve created a brand new personal piece inspired by the Coronavirus situation. It’s about social distancing and the inventive ways people are managing to keep themselves entertained from home. These methods vary from the more traditional reading and hanging out with your cat (one of my personal favourites!) to keep fit on the roof, bingo from your door, tennis (from a window!) and singing from your balcony. I’ve taken all these ideas from different news stories at home and abroad of communities trying to spend their time and stay in touch with each other. Despite the seriousness of the situation I wanted to keep the piece upbeat in colour and feel.

Vicky is friendly and creative, and her style is bright, fun and very eye-catching. Working in stages from rough concept to finished art, she was open to feedback and willing to accommodate amends and a couple of extras along the way. It was an absolute pleasure working with her and hope I get the opportunity again in the near future.
