Taking Puns Viral for Heritage Crafts

For the last few years, in addition to producing designs for their ever-expanding product range, I’ve been providing one of my clients, Heritage Crafts, with regular illustrations to fill the ‘Peter’s Puns’ slot in their regular newsletter. I’m particularly keen on puns and wordplay from misheard lyrics or conversation and, in my day to day existence, remain tuned, or possibly de-tuned, to what I hear around me.

Little wonder then, because in recent months I’ve heard little else, that I arrive at this little lady.

As yet, I’m unsure of how the somewhat reserved subscribers will respond to all this exposed flesh. Fingers crossed I don’t get lynched because of it!

"I met Pete through Hire an Illustrator some time back. He was hired to create characters for a children’s product. His work surpassed all of my expectations. He was thorough and professional, and made collaboration easy. Pete has since been rehired several times for various projects and is an integral part of the company. His consistency, timely results, and absolutely exceptional work are unparalleled. He brings valued input, feedback, and creativity that has propelled this brand’s development.
