When Tom Boyhan contacted me to illustrate his covers, all he needed to say was “dragons” and I was all in! These four covers highlight a revamping of the Stonebriar Academy series books 1-3 and the new release of book 4. I tried to capture a cinematic feel for the books, creating anticipation for major moments from the story while leaving just enough mystery to entice potential readers. The books are published on Amazon Kindle, making it essential for each illustration to have a big visual impact at a thumbnail scale.
