Cover art for a guide to children and teens

My philosophy for book covers is that they must stand out from the crowd. So when my client approached me to do a book cover for a guide book I gave her many different concepts with a sold design approach and she finally settled on the idea of all the happy children and teens celebrating around the title.

I experimented with a whole lot of different typography and formats on the title that would fit in a circle and finally settled on a more fun style. I like how it turned out and I’m sure it will stand out from the rest of the competition.
