Cheltenham Festivals posters

Back in 2019 I was commissioned by Cheltenham Festivals to create some promotional illustrations for their four festivals. Sadly the 2020 events couldn’t go ahead, so the illustrations are being used for this year’s festivals. These two are for the Literature and Science Festivals, both created in my papercut style.

The theme for literature was Read the World, so I mixed in books and bookshelves with lots of miniature famous sights (done like ornaments and bookends!).

The science festival theme was Be the Change, about kids getting involved and doing something for climate change, so we went for a simple image of a kid with a megaphone.

Vicky is friendly and creative, and her style is bright, fun and very eye-catching. Working in stages from rough concept to finished art, she was open to feedback and willing to accommodate amends and a couple of extras along the way. It was an absolute pleasure working with her and hope I get the opportunity again in the near future.
