Working with Donald V. Parker III is a joy. In recent months he and I collaborated on the cover of his book Blood, Souls and Sacrifice. It’s a perilous quest filled with vampires and mythic beasts, so of course, I was in love with the book from the get-go! I couldn’t wait to dive into the work. I created a cover that speaks to the book’s core themes and drives home the enormity of the challenges laid before our heroes.
