Little Digger’s Big Garden is officially complete and ready for pre-orders! All pre-orders will be fulfilled in November!

This amazing book, written by Jill Woodward and illustrated by me, was inspired by Jill’s son who struggles with intense picky eating due to sensory issues. This book was created to help all kiddos who are picky eaters be brave enough to try new foods in a pressure free way. You can order this book at www.thelittledigger.com

Many children, particularly those with Sensory Processing Disorder, or Autism struggle to try new foods which can limit their nutrition, making healthy eating a real challenge. There are many barriers to entry when it comes to trying new foods for kiddos like this such as texture, taste, look, and past fear. This book aims to break down these barriers to entry in a pressure free way. The safer the child feels around these foods, and the less pressure, the more likely they are to give it a shot!

If you have a picky eater at home, then you need this book! There’s even a free recipe inside!
