I am proud to have illustrated the latest HireIllo background art for the website and social pages. The idea started with a happy spring scene incorporating lots of flowers and animal characters enjoying the sun and each in their element, each being creative in their own way. I decided to include the two characters Maggie Mole and Rupert Red (my little ones) gardening so the illustration also works for the summer months. My children enjoyed seeing the illustration realised and had their own little points to add. I love adding the little touches and details in an illustration such as the mouse band here creating the beats for the dancers.
