One of my most recent personal works.

It pictures a humanoid being, among the skulls and bones of others of its kind that didn’t manage to survive in a world that was changing. I tried to convey that the character is not entirely human anymore through the colors, eyes and the expression on their face; also adding to that, the hair extends and coils like vines instead of flowing naturally.

The flowers blooming and plants represent the new beginning that the awakening of the character means and I used bold colors to give off the impression that the world depicted is a different one from ours.
